Pickleball Court Rentals

New for Summer 2025, TCSP’s outdoor Pickleball Court is opening soon to members!

Members

To reserve a court, you must be a member of TCSP. Standard members may reserve courts up to 6 days in advance beginning at 5:45am each day. To book a court, you may do so through your online account, our mobile app, in-person, or by calling the front desk at (206) 522 -5008. Members are limited to a maximum of 3 court reservations within a 6-day period and no more than 1 reservation per day.

Non-Members

TCSP members are welcome to invite non-member guests to join them on court. All guests and member hosts must check in at the Front Desk prior to their court reservation. Pickleball Guest fee is $5 per guest.

Reservation Limitations

Members may book up to three (3) court reservations at a time within their 6-day reservation window.

Members may book one (1) court reservation per day.

Policies

  • Payment Policy: The member host is responsible for payment of the entire court fee. It is the host’s responsibility to split the fee among multiple party members at the Front Desk before their court time if they wish to split the fee. If TCSP is unable to obtain payment from any party member, the host will be responsible for that member’s share of the fee. 

  • Single-Host Court Reservations

    • Only one member host name is required to book a court rental.
    • The member host must be a player on the court.
    • The host name may be changed up to 48 hours prior to the court reservation. Host name changes will be recorded in the member’s account.
    • Within 48 hours of court reservation: host name cannot be changed; court fee will not be refunded. Non-host player names may still be altered. 

  • Guest Policy

    • TCSP members may bring their friends and family to court reservations and select special events. Guest fees apply.
    • All guests and the member host must check-in at the Front Desk prior to their court reservation or event. 
    • Members who fail to check-in with their guests will automatically be charged guest fees.
    • Guests must be accompanied by their member host while on court or attending an event; a maximum of 7 guests are allowed on the Pickleball Court.
    • Guests cannot book a court reservation—only TCSP members may book court reservations. 
    • Guests must be hosted by a TCSP member for all special events. The member host can email events@tenniscentersandpoint.com for guest RSVP’s.
    • Guest fees are charged to the host member’s account; no payment for guest fees is accepted at the Front Desk. 
    • Court Rental Guest Fee: $5/guest + court fee.
    • Special Events Guest Fee: $variable/guest + event fee.
    • Guests may not join normal adult or JR programs including (but not limited to): tennis clinics, intensives, cardio tennis, ball machine clinics, live balls, rating evaluations, seasonal camps, and regularly occurring events (i.e., Sets In The City).
    • Guests may not join private and semi-group lessons.
    • TCSP may allow guests to participate in programming at its discretion
  • Court Time Cancellation Policy: Members canceling court reservations (Ball Machine Hitting Lane included) within 48 hours prior to the court time will be charged the full singles court fee. You may cancel through your online account or by calling the front desk at (206) 522 – 5008. Note that moving your reservation to a different time is considered a cancellation.
  • # of Players: Pickleball court reservations are permitted to have a maximum of eight (8) unique players using the court within the reservation period. 
  • Pickleball Balls & Paddles: Players are responsible for providing their own Pickleball balls and paddles. Rentals are not available at this time.
  • Ball Hoppers & Ball Machines: No outside ball hoppers or personal ball machines allowed. TCSP no longer rents ball hoppers to individuals.
  • Coaching: Private lessons and drilling by coaches other than TCSP Coaches is prohibited.
  • End of Court Time Play is required to end 5 minutes prior to the end of each court time. The final 5 minutes of each court time is reserved for cleanup and departure. Please exit your court approximately 1 minute prior to your court session end time.
  • Rain-Related Cancellations In the event of rain, a full refund will be issued for all Pickleball Court rental fees and guest fees.  TCSP will notify the court host if the Pickleball Court is unplayable due to rain. TCSP reserves the right to deem the Pickleball Court playable or unplayable due to rain or other weather.
