Performance Summer Camps 2024

TCSP offers players an all-inclusive summer tennis training opportunity. A typical day will entail: 

  • A 30-minute interactive warm-up includes meditation, cross-training, physical conditioning, shadow swings, and injury prevention. 
  • 2 hours of drilling designed to improve technical proficiency, efficient movement, essential tactics, and situational awareness.
  • Maximum 4:1 court ratio.
  • A short break with journaling and mental toughness training.
  • 2 hours of focused match play from the day’s earlier themes to reinforce the new skills.

TCSP believes in consistent training programs with specific and individualized coaching to cater to each student’s needs. This allows the student to be more engaged in the learning process and find the path to quicker results.

Focused match play has proven to provide the athlete with quicker and longer-lasting improvement. With the blend of focused drilling and themed match play, players will be more equipped and confident for the rigors of tournament play. If your child is highly motivated and looking to improve rapidly, then our performance camp is right for you.

Tennis Camp Refund Policy:

Full refunds will be issued up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the weekly camp date.
After that date, account credit only (no refunds) will be issued towards the use of tennis related activities up to the first day of camp.
One week before camp starts, camp withdrawal fee of 20%.

Admissions

The Performance Team program is for competitive junior players that fit the required UTR range and experience. To schedule an evaluation, send our Junior Tennis Manager a brief overview of your player’s tennis experience and their current UTR rating. Year-Round Schedules

The tennis training is structured primarily as peer group training. Groups of players with similar ages and abilities will train together as much as possible. The training sessions are dictated by the theory of periodization training. Each group will meet at the set times to allow players at adapt to a set schedule throughout the year.
