Clinic 3.0
3.0 Clinics are group lessons that focus heavily on stroke mechanics, rallying skills, and net play
- Stroke Mechanics includes work on swing shape, contact points, footwork patterns as well as learning to hit with directional and depth control at a medium pace.
- Rallying Skills includes rallying with peers a minimum of 8-10 times per ball is the goal to allow players to continue on in Tactical Clinics and play competitively.
- Net Play will consist of volley technique as well as tracking at the net and movement patterns to help ensure success with clean contact.
Clinics will spend roughly 60% of the time on the baseline and 40% of the time on net play.

- Choose Your Shots: Players that want to improve on specific shots will have the opportunity to develop the fundamentals of their chosen concept.
- Four Week Cycles: We cycle through concepts every 4 weeks to give you a variety of options to choose from.

Tactics 3.0 Doubles
- Rally a minimum of 4-5 balls crosscourt at a medium pace to take this class.
- Strong understanding of how to hit with a continental grip: slice backhands, volleys, 1⁄2 volleys, overheads, and lobs.
- You will be expected to start a point using the serve and have some mastery over placement within the service box as well as spin.

- Learn to hit defensively and offensively while incorporating both topspin and slice on your FH and BH.
- Learn to use the Continental grip effectively for lobs, drop shots and drives for versatility.

Cardio Tennis
- Drills and circuits get the maximum out of players without the competitive pressure of playing against peers.
- This is about the individual workout, while bonding and making new playing partners for life! You should expect to run and sweat for at least 75% of the 75 minute class.

Live Ball 3.0
- Rally 4-6 balls with directional control to be effective.
- Ability to defend the forward position at net and volley offensively when opportunities present themselves at net.
- Players will treat one another with respect & kindness on and off the court.
- Players will encourage and be positive towards other players.
- Players will participate in drills with control and with player safety top of mind.
- Players will participate in Live Ball from start to finish including warm-ups and ball pick-ups.
- Players will respect the coaches and follow their instructions.
- Players will play within the rules of the game or drill as set forth by the coach(es).
- Players will not coach or instruct other players while participating in drills.
- Players will be considerate when calling lines and not try to win at all costs.
- Players will track score accurately on their respective court’s game supporting the coaches in maintaining accuracy.
- Players will rotate in and out of drills expediently to maintain the flow of the drills.
- Players will use best efforts when participating at all times to help everyone on the court improve their tennis.
- Players will not tank points or appear to not take point play and cooperative play seriously.
