Wheelchair Tennis
TCSP has offered tennis clinics and lessons to athletes with physical disabilities since 2016. One of the fastest growing wheelchair sports in the world, wheelchair tennis is played in the same way as able-bodied tennis, with the only exception being that a wheelchair tennis player is allowed two bounces of the ball.
Wheelchair Tennis clinics run on Thursday evenings at TCSP. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced players come together in camaraderie and sportsmanship to support one another’s development. Clinics are challenging but fun!
Wheelchair clinics at TCSP help teach players fundamental concepts of: mobility, stroke production, serving, and game play.

- Adaptive Memberships are available for those interested in participating in the Wheelchair Tennis program.
Program Details
- Beginner: Thursdays from 6:15pm – 7:30pm
- Intermediate: Thursdays from 7:30pm – 8:45pm
- Clinic Fees: $20 per class
Access Tennis Seattle
Access Tennis Seattle (ATS) is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to establishing tennis programs for athletes with disabilities. ATS founders are also the coaches for the TCSP wheelchair tennis program and help provide financial assistance for players with both program and equipment needs. Late Fall Session Registration Schedule
TCSP classes run in 8-week sessions. Below is the registration and session schedule for the Late Fall session. The Late Fall session goes from October 26th through December 20th.
