Tennis-Based Fitness
Coming This Fall to TCSP
Is your fitness holding you back on the court?
Get Stronger to play longer!
Whether you’re chasing down a drop shot, powering through a rally, or just trying to recover between matches, tennis demands more than just racquet skills.
TCSP’s new Tennis-Based Fitness Program helps players move better, hit harder, and stay injury-free with 60 minute off-court strength training classes using weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyometrics, power lifts, and footwork drills. All levels welcome.
