Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be on the ball crew for a professional tennis tournament, or watch a loved one on court with PROFESSIONAL TENNIS STARS?
We are recruiting volunteer members, ages 13-35, for the Ball Crew at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, CA that will be held March 2-16, 2025. Qualified individuals who successfully complete training in Washington and are approved as tournament ready will be invited to be part of the ball crew and share the same court with world class professional tennis players during one of the biggest and best tournaments of the year.
Training Schedule:

- Saturday, January 4th, 2025
- Sunday, January 5th, 2025
- Both days from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
- Where:
- Harbor Square Athletic Club
- 160 W Dayton St., Edmonds, WA

- Talk to your parents, and if they approve, send your contact information (name, phone, email) to the Washington training coordinator (see below).
- Go to www.bnpparibasopen.com/get-involved/ball-crew to research more about this amazing opportunity and register as a ball crew member.
- Plan your travel and lodging accommodations, which are your responsibility. (Many families from out-of-town use this as an opportunity for a family vacation.)
- Talk to your teachers and/or boss to see if arrangements can be made to be out for a week or so in March. (The highest need is week one, March 2-9.)
- Invite friends to volunteer with you.
- Attend two of the Washington training sessions outlined above to see if this is something you can and want to do. (No commitment to attend the tournament is required at this time.) If needed, additional training sessions are available in California and other locations in January and February.
