Yoga and Tennis!? What’s this all about?

Flexibility, mobility, and stability—combined with mental toughness—are the keys to a long, resilient, and healthy tennis game. Studies have shown the combination of yoga and tennis to be a winning pair that is beneficial to everyone. Even the pros are incorporating this centuries-old art into their training schedule!

Yoga is accessible to everyone, and you can practice right here at TCSP!

Join us for a 40-minute drop-in class created just for tennis players—offered twice weekly.

  • Mondays: 8:45am – 9:20am
  • Thursdays: 8:45am – 9:20am

Register online through your member portal for the upcoming week or drop-in any day! Cost: $12

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for yoga classes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the class in order to receive credit.
