Come and learn what muscles make up the core and how to facilitate and enhance their ability to create stable movements to prevent injury and enhance performance.

*This will be a lecture with some participation engaging in exercises that you can take home and do on your own.

 Zachary Dochnahl DPT, CSCS

Zach honorably served in the Army for 4 years prior to completing his undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Washington. While pursuing his undergraduate degree he worked as an exercise specialist at a local physical therapy clinic where he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Zach developed a passion for understanding the human body and how to help heal people through exercise. He went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California.
