TCSP would like to introduce you to Telsin and Jordan Brower. Married for 37 years, they have been active members of TCSP since 2015.
They remember the first day they came to play at TCSP, because it was also the first day of their retirement from the computer world! This Hawaiian and Midwestern blend started playing tennis at Drake University. After a 35-year hiatus, the Browers discovered TCSP and started to play 5-10 hours a week! Telsin and Jordan balance their tennis with hot yoga 3 times a week and a sprinkle of chiropractic support.
They enjoy the tempo and quality of the fitness classes and variety of programs at TCSP. Both Telsin and Jordan have moved from Tennis 101 to 3.0 clinics, as well as Ball Machine classes, Serve and Return, Cardio, Private Lessons, and their all time favorite: Live Ball! In addition to moving through the ranks, Jordan lost 40 pounds and had to give up his elbow-torturing wood racquet for a new Wilson Ultra 103S weapon suggested by Coach Nick Ketcham!
The Browers always have a warm smile for our TCSP staff and, after a steady prompting from Jordan, Telsin bravely joined the TCSP Ladies’ Night, which led to meeting new players and playing on both an 18 + team and a 40+ TCSP team.
We are so grateful to have such a committed and gracious couple as part of our amazing TCSP community!
