The tennis training is structured primarily as peer group training. Groups of players with similar ages and abilities will train together as much as possible. The training sessions are dictated by the theory of periodization training. Each group will meet at the set times to allow players at adapt to a set schedule throughout the year.

Fitness training is handled by our fitness coach, Myles Tiffany. Myles will develop fitness training plans for the players to perform at home each week. He also holds hour-long semi-private fitness lessons throughout the week. Fitness training will focus on strength, conditioning, and injury prevention as a way to help players elevate their game to the next level.
