Tennis Professional

Avery grew up playing tennis in Bellingham, WA and was one of the top players in the PNW for juniors. He played high school 3 years, winning a State Championship in his junior year. Following graduation, Avery taught tennis at TCSP, helping out in High Performance, JPP/JHP, and junior development. Recently, Avery departed TCSP and completed two years at Portland State University (D1 Tennis), where he broke the record for #1 doubles wins with his partner from Portland, OR, and beat two top 50 ranked doubles teams in the nation. Avery finished his degree Magna Cum Laude in Geography and recently accepted a position as the Director of Tennis and Programs for a Non-Profit called Seattle Tennis and Education Foundation (STEF) that helps under-resourced youth get help in the classroom and on the court. We are very grateful to have his experience, skill, and passion for tennis as a part of our program!
