Be logged in before the clock hits 6:00am. Classes can sell out very quickly.

When adding a class to your cart, that spot is reserved for you for up to 10 minutes while you complete the checkout process. A timer in the upper-right corner of the page displays your time remaining.

Before your registration date, ensure that all your profile information is up-to-date: (1) your MEMBERSHIP is active (2) your RATING is correct and current and (3) (for juniors) the AGE is correct.

If you have an outstanding balance older than 7 days, your membership may be suspended and you may be unable to register for classes, so please also be sure that your payment information is current and that you do not have any outstanding charges. If you think you may have any issues with your account, please call our Front Desk at 206.522.5008 before the date of your registration.

IMPORTANT: Sometimes users receive a temporary error message during checkout due to high traffic. If you receive an error message when checking out, go through the checkout wizard again until it is successful. Do not remove the class from your cart and attempt to re-add it, or you may lose your reserved spot.

In-Person Registration

In-person registrants will be required to use a terminal provided by TCSP to log in to their member portal using their account login information and complete the registration process in the same manner as online registrants enrolling remotely. A TCSP staff member will be available to guide any in-person registrants who require assistance.

In-person registrants are not guaranteed placement into their class(es). If all terminals are in-use, in-person registrants must wait for one to become available or use their own device.

I can’t see the class schedule when I log in!

The registration system will only show classes matching your account information. In order to sign up for non-beginner tennis classes, you must have 1) an active membership and 2) an NTRP rating on file. Juniors must also have the correct age and rating. Please see our Get Started page for more details.

Can I use my account credit to pay for a class online?

If you have account credit you would like to apply to your class, select “House Charge” when choosing your method of payment. You will need a credit card on file to select this method, as the system will need to charge your card any remaining balance after drawing from your account credit.
You can add a card under the “View My Info” tab in the left menu bar. If you do not have a card on file, please register for the class by paying in full first, then call our Front Desk at 206.522.5008 to have one of our Front Desk staff refund an amount equal to your credit and manually apply it.

I will be out of town on Registration Day or without access to internet. Can I sign up over the phone?

We will not accept any phone registrations during the opening days of registration. We recommend providing a friend with your username and password and asking them to sign you up online.

Do you offer priority registration for people already enrolled in class?

All players looking to register for classes have the same registration date. Keeping registration opportunities equal for both current and new players is the best way to give a fair shot to new members and players.

We will not accept any phone registrations during the opening days of registration. We recommend providing a friend with your username and password and asking them to sign you up online.

Do you offer priority registration for people already enrolled in class?

All players looking to register for classes have the same registration date. Keeping registration opportunities equal for both current and new players is the best way to give a fair shot to new members and players.

Early Spring 2020 Program Registration – Juniors 11 & Over

Registration takes place over the course of 4 days, and begins at 6:00 AM each day. Please refer to the Season Schedule to note when the registration periods take place.

Week 1, Monday, 6 AM: Adult Fitness Classes
Week 1, Tuesday 6 AM: Adult Instructional Classes
Week 2, Monday 6 AM: Juniors 10 & Under
Week 2, Tuesday 6 AM: Juniors 11 & Over

All opening-day registrations must be completed through your online profile. There are no phone registrations for the first day of each registration. Payment is due at time of sign-up to reserve your spot.

Please note that due to our registration software’s processing and security standards, most versions of Internet Explorer are not compatible with our registration system. Chrome,Firefox, or Safari on a desktop or laptop computer is recommended.

Helpful Tips for a Successful Registration:

Use a desktop or laptop computer when possible. Our registration system is not compatible with all tablets and phones.

Be logged in before the clock hits 6:00am. Classes can sell out very quickly.

When adding a class to your cart, that spot is reserved for you for up to 10 minutes while you complete the checkout process. A timer in the upper-right corner of the page displays your time remaining.

Before your registration date, ensure that all your profile information is up-to-date: (1) your MEMBERSHIP is active (2) your RATING is correct and current and (3) (for juniors) the AGE is correct.

If you have an outstanding balance older than 7 days, your membership may be suspended and you may be unable to register for classes, so please also be sure that your payment information is current and that you do not have any outstanding charges. If you think you may have any issues with your account, please call our Front Desk at 206.522.5008 before the date of your registration.

IMPORTANT: Sometimes users receive a temporary error message during checkout due to high traffic. If you receive an error message when checking out, go through the checkout wizard again until it is successful. Do not remove the class from your cart and attempt to re-add it, or you may lose your reserved spot.

In-Person Registration

In-person registrants will be required to use a terminal provided by TCSP to log in to their member portal using their account login information and complete the registration process in the same manner as online registrants enrolling remotely. A TCSP staff member will be available to guide any in-person registrants who require assistance.

In-person registrants are not guaranteed placement into their class(es). If all terminals are in-use, in-person registrants must wait for one to become available or use their own device.

Some Registration FAQs:

I can’t see the class schedule when I log in!

The registration system will only show classes matching your account information. In order to sign up for non-beginner tennis classes, you must have 1) an active membership and 2) an NTRP rating on file. Juniors must also have the correct age and rating. Please see our Get Started page for more details.

Can I use my account credit to pay for a class online?

If you have account credit you would like to apply to your class, select “House Charge” when choosing your method of payment. You will need a credit card on file to select this method, as the system will need to charge your card any remaining balance after drawing from your account credit.
You can add a card under the “View My Info” tab in the left menu bar. If you do not have a card on file, please register for the class by paying in full first, then call our Front Desk at 206.522.5008 to have one of our Front Desk staff refund an amount equal to your credit and manually apply it.
