Tennis Wheelchair Program

TCSP has offered tennis clinics and lessons to athletes with physical disabilities since 2016. One of the fastest growing wheelchair sports in the world, wheelchair tennis is played in the same way as able-bodied tennis, with the only exception being that a wheelchair tennis player is allowed two bounces of the ball.

Wheelchair Tennis clinics run on Thursday evenings at TCSP. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced players come together in camaraderie and sportsmanship to support one another's development. Clinics are challenging but fun! Wheelchair clinics at TCSP help teach players fundamental concepts of: mobility, stroke production, serving, and game play.
