IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING BILLING DURING COVID-19:
Please be aware that in the event of any program cancellations due to local, state, or federal regulations – including, but not limited to: phasing rollbacks that limit operations or require TCSP to close, or any stay-at-home orders – all program fees will be refunded in the form of TCSP account credit for remaining or unused clinics in a session. In addition, in the event of the cancellation of a scheduled clinic resulting from TCSP staff falling ill due to COVID-19 or any other illnesses, then program fees will also be refunded in the form of TCSP account credit. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued or processed.

Ball Machine Clinic 2.0+

Ball Machine Clinics focus very heavily on groundstrokes and are designed to help define the shape of your swing as well as work on footwork patterns. Learn to hit defensively and offensively while incorporating both topspin and slice on your FH and BH. Learn to use the Continental grip effectively for lobs, drop shots and drives for versatility.

Price for 8-week session: $250 + tax

Clinic 2.0

2.0 Clinics are group lessons designed to cover fundamentals and techniques for all strokes in tennis – FH, BH, Volleys, Overheads & Serves.  Players will learn the importance of the rally and keeping balls in play as well as learning basic footwork patterns of movement. The goal for every 2.0 Player will be to rally a ball an average of 4-6 times with a peer at a slow to medium pace. Players will also learn the basic grip variations for tennis strokes and when to use them. Let’s Go!

Tennis Workout Classes

For 2.0 Players

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise; delivering the ultimate, full-body, calorie-burning, aerobic workout. Drills and circuits get the maximum out of players without the competitive pressure of playing against peers. This is about the individual workout, while bonding and making new playing partners for life!

Players participating in Cardio Tennis have the option to utilize state-of-the-art Polar OH1 Heart Rate Monitors at no additional cost. These sensors track player heart rates, providing in-depth analytics and workout history to ensure that everyone is getting their optimal workout. Purchase an OH1 sensor from us for $60 (retail: $79.95) and receive your choice of 15% off your next Cardio Tennis registration or 50% off two Cardio Tennis Drop-In classes!

Players should expect to run and sweat for at least 75% of the 75 minute class. Players must notify instructors of any health issues before starting the class and, if necessary, provide a doctor’s note regarding physical activity limitations.
