USTA Training Camps

With the USTA Adult League’s 2014 season coming to a close, it’s time to get to work. This summer is your opportunity to work on all the things you didn’t have the time to work on during the season. Take the opportunity to work with USTA coach extraordinaire Scott Daniel and TCSP Tennis Director Jamie Dieveney in one of the most comprehensive training sessions to date.
TCSP’s USTA Training Camps break down playing matches into unique and in-depth components with focus on technical and tactical layers. Breaking a single point into 3 distinct phases will open your eyes to point construction like never before. Weekday Daytime Camps will be doubles play only while the Weekend training camps will be both singles and doubles oriented.
In addition to improving your on-court game, the training camps will feature a fitness element similar to the High Performance Program at TCSP. Using a proven 6 component program, Fitness Director Mindy Pedersen will help you understand how to improve your balance, core strength, endurance, flexibility and overall fitness. In order to elevate your tennis game, it is essential to invest in elevating your body’s performance and output ability.
Camp schedules are as follows and you must have your NTRP Rating set on your member profile to register for the appropriate camp. Without your rating set, you will not be able to see or register for your camp.
