Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise; delivering the ultimate, full-body, calorie-burning, aerobic workout. Drills and circuits get the maximum out of players without the competitive pressure of playing against peers. This is about the individual workout, while bonding and making new playing partners for life!
Players should expect to run and sweat for at least 75% of the 75 minute class. Players must notify instructors of any health issues before starting the class and, if necessary, provide a doctor’s note regarding physical activity limitations.
Price for 8-week session: $190 + tax
Price for 1 drop-in class: $27.50 + tax
