Tessa Yip

Sustainability Director / Front Desk Representative

Tessa began working at TCSP in January of 2017 after graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Environmental Studies. After seeing how many tennis balls get thrown away everyday, she put TCSP's sustainability initiatives into motion. Beginning in the Summer of 2017, Tessa established TCSP's tennis ball recycling partnership with RecycleBalls and a shoe recycling program through Nike's Reuse-A-Shoe. She strongly believes that businesses of any kind have a role to play in environmental sustainability.

Although Tessa's tennis experience is limited (i.e. playing on her middle school's team), she now enjoys getting some practice with her Front Desk coworkers. When she isn't at the Front Desk or recycling tennis balls, don't be surprised to find her cooking, rereading Harry Potter, or searching a world map to figure out where her next trip will be.
