Tennis Clinics

For 4.0+ Players

Adult High Performance

TCSP’s Adult High Performance program is designed for players that demand the most from themselves and instructors. This intense workout focuses on point-play drills and fine-tuning how to execute shots at a high level. This is a rating restricted class for 4.0-4.5 rated players only. Players must be technically sound in all tennis strokes and spin varieties. Any player that is deemed technically deficient, may be asked to withdraw by instructors.

Play Instructs 4.0 Singles

Tactics for 4.0 Singles players is designed to put you in singles match play situations and give you the tools needed to compete. 4.0 Players are expected to be able to rally a minimum of 12-15 balls with strong directional control at a medium to fast pace.

Learn how to understand the flow of point construction, when to play high-percentage vs. low-percentage shots, how to beat various playing styles while learning how to play those same styles. Aggressive baseline players vs Serve & Volley or Net Attackers… which style are you?

Price for 8-week session:  $270 +  tax

Ball Machine Clinic

Ball Machine Clinics focus very heavily on groundstrokes and are designed to help define the shape of your swing as well as work on footwork patterns. Learn to hit defensively and offensively while incorporating both topspin and slice on your FH and BH. Refine your use of the Continental grip effectively for lobs, drop shots and drives for versatility.

Price for 8-week session:  $165 + tax

Boot Camp

Boot Camp classes are designed for serious players dedicated to elevating their game to the next level. Boot Camp is for players rated 3.5 and above who are looking for a hybrid of cardio and strength-conditioning, combined with fast-paced situational drilling, run very much like a college tennis team practice.

Players must notify instructors of any health issues before starting the class and, if necessary, provide a doctor’s note regarding physical activity limitations.

Price for 8-week session:  $185 + tax

Price for 1 drop-in class:   $27.50 + tax

Price for 9-week session: $210 + tax (Late Spring 2017)

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise; delivering the ultimate, full-body, calorie-burning, aerobic workout. Drills and circuits get the maximum out of players without the competitive pressure of playing against peers. This is about the individual workout, while bonding and making new playing partners for life!

Players should expect to run and sweat for at least 75% of the 75 minute class. Players must notify instructors of any health issues before starting the class and, if necessary, provide a doctor’s note regarding physical activity limitations.

Price for 1 drop-in class:   $27.50 + tax

Wimbledon Workout

Given the frenzied, workout-obsessed world we live in, it was only a matter of time before tennis came along for the ride. Perfect for players who want to improve their match play, it’s 75 minutes of high-intensity drilling, situational playing and coaching, along with some conditioning. But you won’t even know you’re working out because of all the fun!

Live Ball Drop-In

Live Ball is a competitive tennis class that checks all the boxes: Fitness. Fun. Action. Camaraderie. It’s an approach to tennis where instruction takes a backseat to fitness, servers and returners are replaced by champions and challengers, and hushed tones and handshakes are trumped by trash talk and fist-bumps. Live Ball is all about the moment. It’s about enjoying a sport that we all have a passion for.

Price for 1 drop-in class:  $ 25 + tax

This is a drop-in only class. Class is open to the first 16 people who come into the center and sign-up (in-person registrations only). Sign-ups open 30 minutes before class start time.
